Shipping is available internationally based on weight. US based customers can receive free shipping on orders valued at $100 or more.
Whilst we aim to get all of our orders within a few days but please allow up to a week for dispatch and sourcing of items. In rare cases, we list partially made items which requires us to finish the products. In these cases, wait times can be up to a week. You can always CONTACT US if you are unsure.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
They must be in original condition
We cannot accept used or damaged goods (this obviously excludes any faulty items).
How do I place a return?
Use the contact tab at the top of the page, label subject as return, give a contact email and the order number of the order you are returning. Leave a description of why you are returning the order.
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

- All of the goods on this Website are offered by Solaithe Archive which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.
- Any order that you place constitutes an offer to purchase a product subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right without reason to refuse & cancel any order.
- If you wish to order goods which may only be purchased by persons of a certain age, you will be asked when registering on the Website to declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we reasonably believe that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
- All orders placed will be subject to availability and confirmation of the order price via a “notification of dispatch” email sent to your email address registered at time of dispatch.
- Prices & taxes are based on location. (and do not include delivery charges). However may be subject to Import taxes and duty on arrival. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they are paid on time.
- We try very hard to ensure that all of the pricing information shown on our website is accurate. Rarely an error may occur and goods may be wrongly priced. If we discover there has been an error with the pricing of any item then we will contact you prior to dispatching the order to notify you of the error. You will be asked if you wish to cancel the order or to proceed with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
- Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle the Supplier to terminate the contract immediately. There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
- The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. Delivery times are the service used, not the time to dispatch. In exceptionally busy times. Dispatch can be up to a week, however this is very rare.
- Experience has shown us that in most cases items are returned to us by the Post Office as uncollected when buyers have reported items as undelivered. Please check with your local delivery office before contacting us about non-delivery. Where items are returned to us we will contact you and a further Postage and Handling charge will be made before items can be redelivered.
- All intellectual property of Solaithe Archive LLC. such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Solaithe Archive LLC. By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Solaithe Archive LLC. and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material/pictures contained within the Website.
